Cooperation Process
Mold Quotation: Determine the customer’s needs for the mold (including drawings, materials, processes, etc.) and then quote to the customer according to the complexity of the mold or part.
Contract Signing: After confirming the quotation, we will sign a contract with the customer. The content of the contract will include the processing materials, content, delivery time, payment methods, etc.
Mold Design and Manufacture: Mold will be designed according to customer requirements, before production will send the design to the customer to confirm that there is no error before the production of molds, and will be sent weekly report to the customer.
Quality Insurance: After the mold production is completed, we will carry out testing and inspection to ensure that the mold is used properly and the quality of the plastic parts, as well as to ensure that the mold can fully meet customer needs.
