How do we see your quality and products everything is OK?
Parts after every process we will inspect, when the inspection passed, then we will go to the next process. And also when the parts are finished we will send you a complete measurement report, and photos for every part. When you confirmed the measurement report and the photos. Then we will deliver it to you.
What do you think about your Delivery Time?
For the sliders, and lifters we can finish in about 20 days, deliveryiver by DHL is about 3 or 4 days. For the complete molds and the heavy things to save the delivery cost, we can use our forwarder, some air transfer forwarders which are cheaper than the DHL but a bit longer, about 1 or 1 and half weeks for the transportation. And also you can use your delivery forwarder supplier, both OK
We didn’t order from China before how can we start?
Some of our customers also do not have any mold or mold components made in China. We are their first Chinese supplier. And we told them how to deliver and how to cooperate with our step by step. And we can also do the same process.
Can you trial the mold in your company when I ordered?
Yes for sure. We have injection machines for mold trial, and when the mold size is too big for our injection machines or our injection machines are too busy at the moment then we will trial the mold at the mold trial company near us, you know in China this area has a lot of mold trial company.
